Youth boys box is back! Join us for eight sessions of high level instruction and competitive scrimmaging. This year, we are bringing highly experienced staff to our box sessions, including high school coaches, S3 coaches, and players from the Colorado Mammoth!

We teach authentic box lacrosse

Box lacrosse is one of the best ways for players to take their game to the next level. Players who play box become smarter and more skilled through increased reps, fast paced drills, and through learning advanced skills that field lacrosse does not teach them.

Box lacrosse teaches players how to:  

*initiate and attack contact

* improve defensive positioning and footwork

* learn two-man game and off ball principles

*learn the importance of protecting and getting to the middle of the field

Box lacrosse helps players improve:

*Stick skills

*Ground balls

*Reaction time

*Lacrosse IQ/field sense

*Deceptiveness

*Mental & Physical toughness

Box Clinic Description:

-8, 1.5 hour sessions of box training and scrimmaging

-One session ran by members of the CO Mammoth on December 2nd

-Includes ticket to the CO Mammoth

-Players will be separated by skill for training drills

--Players will learn to apply box skills and principles to field lacrosse

-All players will sit down with our coaches and set goals for their spring high school and summer select teams.

-Players will receive a detailed skill evaluation highlighting strengths, areas of improvement, and our assessment of the best way for them to achieve the goals they set at the beginning of the program.

Dates/Time:

U7-U10: 9:00am-10:30am

U11-U12: 10:30am-12:00pm

U13-U15: 12:00pm-1:30pm

8 total sessions -approximately 45 minutes training, 45 minutes scrimmaging:

December: 2, 9, 16

January: 6, 13, 20, 27

February: 3

Cost: $325 -includes 8 box sessions, Mammoth clinic, & ticket to Mammoth game
