Refund Policy
Spring 2022:
- Before February 1:
- Full refund of Registration fees paid less a $20 administration fee for any requests prior to February 1, 2021
- February 1 - 15
- Medical related requests: full refund of registration fees paid less a $20 administration fee
- Non-medical requests: 50% refund of total registration fee, if paid in full, less a $40 administration fee
- February 16 - March 1
- Medical related requests: full refund of registration fees paid less a $40 administration fee
- No refund of club fees for non-medical requests
- No refund requests after March 1, 2021
- If season is canceled due to COVID, refunds will be prorated based on how much of the season was completed.
- Refund/Withdrawal Procedure: A doctor's note stating that the player will not be able to participate for the balance of the season is required for all medical refunds.
- To request a refund please contact us at rmrattlersinfo@gmail.com with the following information: player's name, grade and reason for dropping out.
Refund Policy for other items and merchandise:
- No refunds for uniforms
- US Lacrosse Membership is handled by USL and Rattlers are unable to process any requests regarding these memberships. Please reach out to USLacrosse if you have any inquiries.
