Who We are

We are excited to bring an elite lacrosse program to the Northwest Denver area. Our program serves the cities of Louisville, Broomfield, Superior, Lafayette, Boulder, Westminster and Erie areas. The Rocky Mountain Rattlers is a club lacrosse organization based out of the Louisville area that draws from Broomfield, Superior, Lafayette, Boulder, Westminster and Erie areas. Our organization is run by two time MCLA National Champion Ethan LaHoda.

The Rocky Mountain Rattlers believe that personal development is just as important as player development and that athletics is a powerful way to harness life lessons and become a better person off the field.  The Rattlers fully embody the idea of making our players better people and this curriculum is a part of everything we do. Coach LaHoda has instilled this attitude into all of the coaches affiliated with the program, and it is something we as an organization take great pride in.

Player Experience

  • Players will receive some of the best  instruction in the area from coaches with college lacrosse experience or highly esteemed high school coaches
  • Players will learn specialized skills that will give them the confidence and ability to play lacrosse at the next level
  • Players can expect a competitive and supportive atmosphere

Better Players. Better People.

  • The Rattlers curriculum focuses on player and personal development. Players will learn life lessons like leadership, accountability, respect, and teamwork in  every drill and Rattlers event. We believe that success should be measured by doing things the right way, and having the right attitude translates to winning on and off the field.
  • We hold our players to the highest standards of sportsmanship.
  • Players have opportunities to volunteer and help the community.

Consistency

We want to provide opportunities for kids to keep a stick in their hands all year long. We will be running programs in the fall, winter, spring and summer. This may be in different forms of leagues, clinics or even travel teams.

Community

By having Consistency organically we will be creating a Lacrosse Community. Making sure a team has a strong community environment will make the team perform as the players know each other and can develop trust and work on their strengths and weaknesses. We will also be working with parents to be involved in the support of the team Community.
