Spring Boys

Youth Boys Spring League 2023

Character. Commitment. FAMILY.

***Registration Deadline Extended to 2/15***

Spring league registration is open! The Rattlers offer teams for players of ALL skill and experience levels and registration is open to all 1st-8th grade boys and girls. We have a mixed group of beginner, intermediate, and advanced teams, and all of our coaches are personally trained in our age specific, S3 curriculum. All teams will play in the AYL North Division.

Beginner? We have beginner teams in every age group!

Mission: Our mission as a program is to teach players attitudes, behaviors, and skills that they can use on and off the field. We believe that lacrosse is an incredible way to harness life lessons, and personal development is at the forefront of our curriculum.

The Rattlers blueprint contains three pillars- Character, Commitment, and Family. We believe that these pillars, along with the specific behaviors that go along with them, dictate success in lacrosse and all aspects of life. We emphasize the blueprint regularly, and reinforce it through numerous character workshops and leadership seminars throughout the course of the year.

We pride ourselves on having the best coaches in the state! All coaches are trained in the S3 Curriculum, and majority of coaches have high-level playing and coaching experience. We choose to coach through inspiration and rewarding excellence rather than demanding and obedience. We lean on the Rattlers Blueprint of Character, Commitment, and Family to guide our teams to be Better Players and Better People.

2023 Spring Age Groupings:

We use a grade-based system instead of birthday for teams. Grade is indicated by the year a player will graduate high school.

2034 (1st Grade) - 2027 (8th Grade)

* 9th graders are not eligible to participate in the spring season

*2034 and 2033 players may be grouped together depending on how the league aligns their divisions

*Please note that age groupings are subject to change based on the policies of the league we play in. Grouping players by grade has been a widely voted on topic.
